  • Flow Yoga

    Sunrise Yoga - A great way to start your day! A heated class that will mix up a slow flow to building heat to get you going. Taught by different instructors throughout the week so you will always have a new and fun experience. Great for yogis at all levels. **HEATED/HOT

  • Gentle Yoga

    Gentle Yoga - This non-heated class will move at a gentler pace, linking breath and movement, and allows more time for self exploration in each pose. Its purpose is to bring more awareness to what your body and mind need, allowing for adjustments and exercises to strengthen your practice. Through different themes each class, you will find grounding, balance, strength, flexibility and pranayama. This class is designed to be inclusive to all levels, create options that work for you, and self explore your needs, strengths and challenges to empower your practice. *NON-HEATED


    Hatha Yoga - Be prepared to try new things and have a good time while getting a little sweaty. This class is as unique as your instructor: you might fly, you might stretch, and you might question your instructor’s sanity. The class is suitable for beginners, but come with an open mind. The good news is you won’t be a beginner after your first day! You might be exposed to something new in this class, so hang around and chat with your instructor after class if you have any questions. **WARM

  • Aerial Yoga

    Aerial Yoga - Aerial yoga combines traditional asana (the physical postures of yoga) and yoga philosophies with the aerial arts. Silk fabrics and/or ropes are hung from above to aid practitioners in forming shapes. You will be fully supported by the silks — even lying down entirely, like in a hammock — or wrap the silks around particular body parts, keeping other parts on the floor. NON-HEATED and suitable for all levels.


    All Aerial classes - Please make sure you wear no makeup, no perfumes, no jewelry, a t-shirt, and bring a smile.

  • Fitness and Dance

    HIIT Mat Pilates - Pump up the volume and pump up your cardio. Hot high intensity interval training (HIIT) is an energetic, high volume, high five kind of fun class. Join us to find a burst of energy and challenging sequences on your mat. HOT class on Thursday, HEATED Class on Sunday


    Cardio Kickboxing - If you have never taken a cardio kickboxing class, it’s pretty much a mix of dance and kicking butt! The formal description of class is a high intensity cardio kickboxing party using MMA and martial arts-inspired moves along with an amazing playlist of music to get the heart racing and the body moving. Class is for all skill levels so it can be modified to accommodate anyone that wants to join. NON-HEATED.


    Zumba - A total workout dance based cardio class with low to high intensity, calorie burning, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility set with music from all around the world. The class is designed to bring people together, while breaking a sweat. NON-HEATED and suitable for all levels.

  • Other

    Yin Yoga - This class is a chill and calming way to unwind after your day. We relax and meditate. We like to sit and lie down in Yin and hold our postures a lot longer to open up the body. This is a beautiful class for all levels because it doesn’t get more mellow or approachable. Grab a block and a strap and enjoy your class. *Non-heated


    Vin Yin Yoga - Also referred to as Yin Yang Yoga, this is a yoga sequence that combines Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga. This is normally done with Vinyasa as the first half of the sequence and Yin Yoga as the second half. The Vinyasa portion warms the body up and rids your body of excess Prana, or energy. One breath per movement. The second half is geared towards the Yin, holding the poses for longer periods of time, and getting deeper into connective tissue. **Tuesday/Friday - Hot, Wednesday - Non Heated


    Express Yoga - This is a 45-minute express yoga strength class. We will flow using weights (always optional). This class will be a great way to get a full body workout. It is accessible to all levels of practitioners. No experience needed. *Heated


    Restorative Yoga - Disconnect from your busy life and quiet your mind for 60 mins. Relax, renew, recover - it's like a mini-vacation from your daily stresses. Props, such as blankets, bolsters, and straps are used to create the ultimate comfort while holding a few poses which allow the body to let go and relax. All levels welcome! *Non Heated
