My journey with yoga s began in 2012 when my husband and I began the P90X2 workout series. There was one segment that featured an hour and 15 minutes workout of a rigorous yoga routine and the rest was history for me. After that, I had been practicing at various gyms and yoga studios in Southern California, until we moved our family to Holly Springs, North Carolina at the end of 2019. My practice continued again at various gyms and studios in the area. In May 2022, I completed my 200 hours of YTT and am looking forward to sharing my yoga with anyone that shares love for the practice. My favorite style of the practice is anything hot flow but love exploring all the styles as I develop my own as an instructor. I’m super excited to join Bradley yoga & fitness as the community has welcomed me with open arms!
